Participation in this Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is conducted by MadisonAV (“The Promoter”), subsidiary of Madison Group Enterprises Pty Ltd (Australia) ABN 56 010 669 379, located at 149 Beaconsfield Street, Silverwater NSW 2128.
The Promotion commences Tuesday 1 August 2023 at 9:00am (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and concludes on Friday 15 December 2023 at 11:59pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).
The promotion is open to MadisonAV channel partners. The promotion excludes demo unit, K12 and stock ordering purchases.

To participate in this promotion, the Eligible Customer must:
Place an order of Eligible Product from The Promoter during the Promotional Period;
Provide order date, end user company name and model purchased at time of order;
Accept delivery of the Eligible Product before 28th February 2024;
Multiple entries by the same entrant in this promotion is permitted. An Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) Prezzee Smart eGift card for each eligible purchase made during the Promotional Period.
Promotion is valid on full priced products only, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.
The Prize will be delivered electronically via the email address supplied at time of order. The prize will be issued on or before 31st January 2024.
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize values are in Australian dollars.

The Promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality of services or goods provided by 3rd party suppliers of goods and services forming part of the Prize.
The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to partner suppliers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
