MadisonAV charges a $35 (ex gst) freight charge to all Metro and Regional locations for all orders that come to a total of less than $1000 (ex gst).

This does not apply to display panels. Please see below for display panel freight charges.

MadisonAV charges a $35 (ex gst) freight charge for all total orders processed for customers who do not have an active trading account with MadisonAV.

Freight to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA Metro Locations:

Free freight on orders over $1000 ex GST (otherwise $35 ex GST freight)

Outside NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA Metro Locations:
Note -  Freight cost is ex GST, per display panel.

For large orders of a project nature, please contact your MadisonAV sales account manager to discuss your options for freight costs.

Inclusions: B2B / Normal hours of operation / Road Express Service / Forklift on site if required

Exclusions: Air Freight / Tailgate - 1 or 2 person / Timeslot Freight / Unpacking and removal of rubbish / Assembly and install / Same-Day Deliveries / Large Projects / Site Access Constraints / PO Boxes / Hand unload (pallet breakdown).

Contact us if you require the above exclusions as additional freight charges may be incurred. If a delivery is rejected due to special delivery requirements, you may be charged for a second delivery.

Special delivery services will require additional time to organise and is likely to extend the delivery timeframe.

Examples of Special Delivery Services:

• Specific delivery time slots.
• Manual handling - e.g. 2 man lift at delivery site.
• Tailgate - e.g. site has no forklift.
