How to download your Price List

  1. Log into your Account.

  2. Click ‘Dashboard’ in top navigation bar, then navigate to ‘Price Book Export’.

  3. At this point you can either view previously generated price books, run or modify an existing price book template, or you can generate a new price book.

  4. To generate a Price Book, select ‘Next’.

  5. Check the product categories that you wish to generate the price book for. You can expand each category to only select specific sub categories.

  1. Check the information you would like to include in your price book export.

  1. You can then modify the order of the fields in your price book export by dragging and dropping fields into your preferred order, as well as choose which fields to sort by.

  2. Finally, choose whether to save this Price Book for future reference. Name the Price Book, then enter your Email address and Email Subject. Select ‘Finish’ and the Price Book will be emailed to you automatically.
