With metropolitan Melbourne moving to stage 4 restrictions, we would like to reassure you that our Melbourne distribution centre has a COVID Safe Plan in place and will remain open to support the supply of critical communications and networking products to our customers.  Whilst the team in our Melbourne office are working from home, all other offices nationally remain open.

We would like to reassure you that your requirements as a customer and the well-being of our people are our top priority.

We are fully prepared to implement necessary plans to support our business in a changing environment, with the capabilities to support group conferencing and video conference arrangements.

Our teams remain confident we can provide you with continuity of service during this time, including quote requests, order placement, dispatch of goods as well as availability of stock.

Importantly, our technical support & customer connect teams are available to handle your requests. In short, we are here to help.

We are doing what is necessary to minimise the spread of COVID-19 within our office, which is fully compliant with the recommended guidelines imposed by the government, including cancellation of large events and training programs previously organised.

From an inventory perspective, we took measures several weeks ago to significantly increase the stock levels across our Australian warehouses to support our customer’s needs, both across day-to-day requirements and a level of project activity.

These inventory levels are focused on core product lines with a history of activity, as well as consideration of project requirements. Our teams are ready to provide you with information on inventory levels and availability.

For 30 years, MadisonAV has supported our customers through the good and tough times. We are in unchartered waters with COVID-19 and there will most certainly be adjustments, but we are here to support you and are confident we will get through this.
