Hello and welcome to our latest Beyond Connected newsletter – where we keep you connected to what’s new, what’s coming and how we’re working to serve you better.
We’re looking forward, not back, as Covid related restrictions have been mostly removed or significantly reduced, and we are continuing our work to expand and develop our team.
Jeff Shoesmith joined our team late last year as National Business Development Manager. His feet are well ‘under the desk’ already, with many exciting projects on our table benefiting from his decades of experience. He has added further strength and capability to our expanding national team. This expansion will continue in 2022, and we look forward to sharing news of new appointments as this technical and sales focused recruitment is finalised.
Our supplier partners are certainly ramping up their momentum. Whilst the supply chain may still be experiencing challenges, we will start seeing more product announcements as global suppliers start releasing products throughout the year – rather than concentrating on announcements during the usual big global events.
In 2022 our focus continues to be on improving our customer experience. In recent weeks we have surveyed a number of customers to benchmark and measure our performance across a range of customer-focused criteria. These surveys have been invaluable in validating the work we’ve done within our customer service team to provide market-leading response times, as well as to help us identify possible improvements that will continue to improve your experience with MadisonAV.
Pre Sales and Post Sales experience is critical to our success, and we continue to improve our offerings in this area. Our Technical Sales Support Team can provide invaluable support for your project submissions. The team is available to be leveraged by you to provide significant expertise and ease modelling, system design and other services. If you would like an alternative solution for a project, or help in making your proposals more persuasive, our team is standing by to assist. In terms of Technical Support, our Support Services Team has been expanded and initiatives to provide industry leading support are well underway. These initiatives include the launch of an online self-service portal, the development of Project Support Plans, and the opening of a new national Repair Centre.
