Providing Support Beyond Expectation

The MadisonAV Partner Portal is a central point of contact for all MadisonAV support engagements, providing our partners easy online access to assistance with troubleshooting a problem or arranging for a product to be repaired.

The Partner Portal was created with the understanding that the level of needs and assistance our varied partners require are vastly different from business to business. This has lead MadisonAV to create a centralised system where we can ascertain the individual requirements and needs of our partners and provide support accordingly – with expert advice and hands on control for you – As we know every business and project is unique.

The MadisonAV Partner Portal provides:

  • Technical Assistance: MadisonAV Partner Portal offers a self-help service so that anyone can manage all existing cases relating to support, repair, or to review purchased products. Partners also can view knowledge articles to find solutions through access to our growing knowledge base of technical articles; assisting partners to resolve issues without needing to raise a new case. Should a technical support request be required, MadisonAV partners can submit a request directly through the online system where MadisonAV’s team of technical specialists review and respond to these requests via the Partner Portal.
  • Product Returns & Repairs: To arrange a repair request for warranty or non-warranty items, make a credit request or an exchange request on a product, simply lodge a product return request through the MadisonAV Partner Portal. Our repair and maintenance specialists will review the request and respond through the Partner Portal, enabling progress of the request to be easily tracked.
  • Asset Access: Easily access information on any product purchased from MadisonAV by your company. Assets as they are referred to in the portal provide the ability to view information such as the serial numbers, date of purchase and warranty expiry dates – all available with one click.
  • Knowledge Sharing Articles: The MadisonAV Partner Portal is a growing hub of technical resources compiled by our Support Team for our partners to access to assist in resolving support requests independently. The shared articles are accessible through the portal at any time for reference and guidance – helping our partners stay informed with the latest product resolution information.
