Hello and welcome to February’s Beyond Connected newsletter – where we keep you connected to what’s new, what’s coming and how we’re working to serve you better.

It seems that we’re all putting 2020 well and truly behind us. The team at MadisonAV has started 2021 with momentum, having moved back into our newly re-built office in Silverwater, Sydney. Whilst the finishing touches are being added and our showroom is being fitted out, we look forward to hosting many of you soon as we hold training, meetings and other events.

The expansion of our team is also continuing. We initiated our growth last year with the addition of new Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales and Marketing roles, then paused somewhat when Covid hit. With five roles in recruitment right now,  we wholeheartedly believe our local customer support and service is an important ingredient in supporting our customers and suppliers, as well as the expansion of our business with the addition of HARMAN Professional products.

The recruitment of technical experts, and completion of our new technical support facility in Brisbane last year, along with an on-line customer self-service portal is testament to our commitment to deliver superior service and support.

We have also created a Technical Sales Support Team, working closely with sales to offer services to our partners including systems design, EASE modelling, and any other pre-sales technical support that is required. This has been an important addition to the business and a real value add for our partners – we encourage you to let us know if you have projects you would like to request design or modelling support.
